Inhibition of cell proliferation by Bromocarbamide in murine fibroblasts

Bromocarbamides are mild sleeping aides and lead to pulmonary edema and death due to respiratory failure when used in overdoses. Bromocarbamides increase pinocytosis and change the cell surface in pulmonary endothelial cells and fibroblasts.
