Experiment Study on Air Cooler Combined Temperature Cooling Mode for Coal Mining Face

In order to improve the temperature cooling effect of the coal mining face,a site experiment study was conducted with three different combined modes of the air cooler and the air duct.The experiment results showed that the temperature cooling mode with the air duct connected with the rear part of the air cooler in a certain degree could improve the temperature cooling effect and the temperature cooling effect under the experiment condition would reach 1 ~ 2 ℃.Under the condition of the cooling quantity basically no changed required for the coal mining face,the temperature cooling effect of the coal mining face would not have a big variation due to the air duct combination mode different and under the experiment conditions,the temperature cooling effect difference of the major temperature meas-uring points would be within 1 ℃.In the site application,the air duct would be applied or not depending on the temperature cooling effect and certain conditions of the coal mining face.
