Technology of Composite Code Forming in The Spatial-Spectral Description Significant Microsegments

A method of composite coding of a significant microsegment of video frame at the codogram level of its syntax representation in the spectral space has been developed by constructing sequences of code structures of uniform length. The method of composite coding based on filling out redundant codogram sequences has been further developed. The distinctive features of the method are that single code designs are built for the codograms of significant microsegments of the video frame in spectral space using local-positional systems, where: positional-basic component is codogram of significant component of transformation, positional-complementary codogram - codogram lengths of chains zero component of the transformation. This method can be used in addition to JPEG, the modification itself will be an insert after DCT and quantization.
