Synthesis, crystal structure study, and antimicrobial evaluation activity of aryl-substituted dihydroisoquinoline oxaziridine

Abstract Models of dihydroisoquinoline oxaziridines substituted in position 1 were synthesized from the peracidic oxidation of imines and characterized through the IR, elemental analysis and NMR spectral studies; the crystal structure of 3d was determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. All these compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity.
