The Quality of Life and Psychological Effects of Cystic Fibrosis

Nevertheless, life expectancy is growing, and therefore maximising the quality of life (QOL) of these patients has become increasingly important. There have been relatively few studies of adults with CF with respect to QOL and emotional well-being. The aims of this study were to assess these aspects in adults with cystic fibrosis using the SF-36 questionnaire.
