The invention discloses magnetic refrigeration component and a magnetic refrigeration device. The magnetic refrigeration component comprises a rotating shaft and two magnetic refrigeration assemblies. A rotating arm is arranged on the rotating shaft, two installation grooves are formed in the end of the rotating arm back to back, the rotating shaft and the rotating arm are magnetism isolating bodies, and magnetizers are arranged in the installation grooves. The two magnetic refrigeration assemblies are distributed on the two sides of the rotating arm in the extending direction of the rotating arm. Each magnetic refrigeration assembly comprises a magnetic field system, a magnetizer assembly and a plurality of magnetic refrigeration beds, wherein the magnetizer assembly comprises a middle magnetizer and a plurality of side magnetizers located between the middle magnetizer and the magnetic field system, and the magnetic refrigeration beds are located between the corresponding side magnetizers and the middle magnetizer. The magnetizers make contact with the magnetic refrigeration assemblies on the corresponding sides. For each magnetic refrigeration assembly, the corresponding magnetizer makes contact with the middle magnetizer for magnetic conduction and makes contact with the side magnetizers alternately for magnetic conduction. The magnetic refrigeration beds can perform refrigeration alternately, and therefore the refrigeration efficiency of the magnetic refrigeration component is improved.
