The influence of manufacture technologie on residual stresses and fatigue resistance of splined parts

The paper examines cementation, microballs processing and silvering influence on residual stresses distribution and fatigue resistance of splined parts made of 12Х2Н4А and 30ХГСА steels. It’s been determined that cementation and microballs processing dramatically increase the endurance limit of splined parts under torsion.
