Плановые и срочные релапаротомии при послеоперационных внутрибрюшных осложнениях

2013
A comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 140 patients with postoperative intraabdominal complications was carried out. The type of complications according to main disease and volume of initial operation was revealed. Postoperative peritonitis took place in 46,6% of cases. Research of dynamics of the course and outcome of diffuse peritonitis, depending on the degree of endogenous intoxication, indicators of Mannheim peritoneal index (MPI), method of relaparotomy, concluded that the use of early-term programmed relaparotomy in peritonitis reduced the mortality rate.
