Study of leukotriene receptor antagonist in asthmatic children

Objective To investigate the application and efficacy of the leukotriene receptor antagonists in pediatric asthma patients.Methods Bronchial asthma specialist out-patient hospital asthma of mild to moderate patients 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups each 20 cases.Experimental group were treated with leukotriene receptor antagonists,the control group received glucocorticoids.Evaluation of clinical symptoms in each group time to time,the symptoms disappeared,efficiency,adverse reactions,and analyzed statistically.Results The time of clinical symptoms,the symptoms disappear time,efficiency,adverse reactions was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusions The treatment of bronchial asthma,leukotriene receptor antagonist treatment effect was significant,and no significant adverse reactions,should be widely applied.
