Overtime evolution happens for software development processes. Few methods that have appeared previously as Waterfall, Agile and Iterative usually cannot meet the needs of dynamic users especially in website development. Scrum is a flexible method in software development that is considered to meet this challenge. This time, writer will attempt to implement Scrum methods in a dynamic site that contains the information needs of commodity prices to prove this opinion.
