Современные возможности реконструкции трахеи в онкологической практике: обзор литературы

This is an overview of contemporary literature data on tracheal reconstruction after surgery for primary or metastatic tumors. The problem of restoration of trachea integrity is not solved and still remains urgent. The surgeon most often manages to make an end-to-end anastomosis to correct small defects. However attempts to replace long circular defects after tracheal resection for neoplastic disease still end in failure.
