Elementos traza y mayores en Muestras Internacionales de Referencia Geoquímica por espectrometría de rayos X

This study describes the methodology used in the calibration and evaluation of x-ray spectrometry applied to major and trace elements in geological samples. The methodology was tested by analyzing International Geochemical Reference Samples. Data are compared to published recommended values. The relative errors range from 10% to 20% for trace elements and up to 5% for major elements. The results are presented graphically.
