Heat radiating construction of nickel-hydrogen batteries for hybrid power vehicle

2008
The utility model provides a heat radiation structure using conduction board, direct towards the heat radiation nonuniformity of a nickel hydrogen battery group for a hybrid motor vehicle. The batteries are equispaced in the battery box and the dynamic battery groups are vertically aligned to assure the uniformity of flow resistance. The position, size and shape of the conduction board are adjusted to adjust the distribution of the flow field and temperature field; the front battery uses an arc conduction board and a strip conduction board to reduce the heat change area of the front battery and the fluid and reduce the temperature and the conduction function of the front battery; the distance between the adjacent two lines of batteries of the dynamic battery groups in the middle of the battery box is larger, and the flow area is increased and the heat convection is increased and the posterior part uses diamond conduction board to strengthen the heat convection to the posterior battery, therefore the temperature difference of each module is reduced to below plus or minus 2 DEG.
