Application Experiment of DTH Hammer Drilling in Bauxite

This paper introduces the application experiment of DTH hammer drilling in bauxite.The result shows that this technology can improve the drilling efficiency by 5.1 times than the common double drilling(double drilling with single-motor),and its best efficiency can reach to 15.33 m/h.Some valuable experiences have been accumulated for the further promotion of DTH hammer techniques.
