A motor ensuring uniform air gap between a stator and a rotor

2012
The utility model discloses a motor ensuring uniform air gap between a stator and a rotor. The motor comprise a housing body, a front end cover, a back end cover, a rotor, and a stator. The rotor and the stator are disposed inside the housing body and the rotor is arranged in the stator. The front end cover and the back end cover are disposed on two ends of the housing body, respectively. A bearing pedestal is disposed at the center of the inner side of the back end cover. The motor also comprises two bearings which are successively mounted in the bearing pedestal on the back end cover. The rear end of a main shaft of the stator is disposed in the inner circumferences of the two bearings. The motor increases concentricity degree of the rotor and the stator, prevents eccentric operation of the motor, increases service life of the motor, and guarantees normal operation of the motor.
