Study on C, N, P content in leaf of evergreen and deciduous trees in evergreen broad-leaved forest at E'mei Mountain.

Study was carried out on growth regularity of 50 to 58-year Phoebe zhennan plantation in experimental forest farm of Sichuan Agricultural University with data collected from the sample plots and stem analysis.The result indicated that current annual height increment of 14-year P.zhennan was 0.63 m,and that mean of 20-year was 0.57 m.Current annual DBH increment of 16-year P.zhennan topped to 0.64 cm,and that mean of 22-year reached 0.56 cm.Mean annual volume increment of 54-year P.zhennan was the largest of 0.008 87 m3.Mature age of P.zhennan is considered at 54 years.The growth model is(CUB)y = a0+a1t+a2t2+a3t3。
