Association LXRα gene polymorphisms and growth traits.

Liver X receptor α (LXRα) is a nuclear receptors of a type about lipid metabolism,is an important lipid sensor,LXRα gene involved in regulating many aspects of life and metabolic activity in animals play an important role in growth and development.In this study,PCR-SSCP method was used to analyze the LXRα gene single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with growth traits.The results showed that TB3 polymorphisms of BB genotype of the legal systems of the individual's birth Landrace effect bust the maximum value.TB4 polymorphism of the AA genotype of the legal systems of Landrace individual weaning weight and birth length value is the maximum.
