The invention discloses a cerium aluminate nanorod electronic packaging material, and belongs to the technical field of structural materials. The cerium aluminate nanorod electronic packaging material comprises, by mass, 65-80% of cerium aluminate nanorods, 3-6% of polyethylene glycol, 3-6% of polystyrene, 0.05-0.5% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 3-8% of methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane and 10-15% of ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymers. The diameter of the cerium aluminate nanorods is 30 nm-100 nm, and the length is 1 micrometer-2 micrometers. The cerium aluminate nanorod electronic packaging material has the advantages of being excellent in aging resistance and corrosion resistance, easy to process, good in insulation, small in thermal expansion coefficient, high in heat conductivity coefficient and the like, and has great application prospects in the field of electronic packaging.
