Wing sweepback-changing worm drive mechanism for unmanned aircraft

2011
The utility model discloses a wing sweepback-changing worm drive mechanism for an unmanned aircraft. A motor is fixedly mounted in a case of the mechanism; a motor drive gear is mounted on a drive shaft of the motor, and is in meshed connection with a worm drive gear at the top end of a worm shaft; a worm is mounted on the worm shaft; a fixing bracket is mounted in the middle of the worm shaft and is fixedly connected with the case; two worm gears are respectively placed on the two sides of the worm, are in meshed connection with the worm, and are fixedly connected with the worm shaft; and one end of the worm shaft is rotationally connected with the case, and the other end of the worm shaft is connected with a permanent joint of a wing tip. Therefore, power can be transmitted to a wing, so as to achieve sweepback-changing swing of the wing. The worm drive mechanism combines the worm gears and the worm with the stepping motor, and has the advantages of simple mechanism, very small occupied space, light weight, good performance and high reliability.
