The research relates to organizational justice and its direct impact to work satisfaction, commitment, and also direct and indirect impact to employee’s Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Sample of this research consists of all paramedic staffs of Pura Raharja Birthing Hospital. The data collecting method was giving questionnaires and gaining documentation of Hospital Organizational Structure and staffing. In this research, 3 kinds of problems are analyzed using Path Analysis, which are direct, indirect, and also mediation problem between all 4 variables. The result of this research indicates that there are correlations between all variables and there are 5 of 6 significant effects between dependent and independent variables. Organizational justice found to have no direct significant effect to the OCB. But when Organizational justice is mediated by work satisfaction and commitment, the effect became significant and the total effect of those three variables became the largest, compared to others.
