ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ФОТОДИНАМИЧЕСКОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ "ФОТОСЕНСА™" ПРИ СОВМЕСТНОМ ВВЕДЕНИИ С ПВП

This work studies the possibility to enhance efficiency of photodynamic treatment of photosensitizer Photosens by its combined administration with Hemodes (saline/buffered solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone). Performed studies of influence of polyvinylpyrrolidone on Photosens aggregation processes, selectivity of its accumulation in tumor and photodynamic action showed that increase of treatment efficiency in this combination, supposedly due to deaggregation of the photosensitizer molecules.
