The invention provides a method for recovering titanium dioxide and nickel sulfate from multilayer capacitance wastes and waste catalysts. The method for recovering the titanium dioxide and nickel sulfate from the multilayer capacitance wastes comprises the following five steps of: (1). crushing and mixing raw materials; (2). oxidizing and roasting; (3). extracting the titanium dioxide; (4) removing iron; and (5) extracting the nickel sulfate, thereby finishing the extraction for the titanium dioxide and nickel sulfate. According to the method provided by the invention, the noble metal, such as nickel and titanium can be efficiently recovered from the multilayer capacitance wastes; the valuable metal is extracted from wastes, so that the wastes are turned into wealth; the economic value is increased and the environment is protected; and the method is suitable for recovering the valuable metal from the wastes generated from the production of a multilayer ceramic capacitor.
