The Changes of Live and Kidney Function and the Fetal Outcome in Serious Pregnancy Induced Hyppertension Syndrome

2005
Objective: To study the changes of biochemical indexes for live and kidney function in serious pregnancy induced hyppertension (SPIH) syndrome and its relationship with pregnancy outcome. Methods: We examined routinely blood biochemistry indexes of 112 cases of SPIH and 65 cases of normal late pregnancy women. Results: The levels of ALT、AST、AKP、LDH、γ-GT、BUN、Cr、UA of SPIH were significantly higher than those of the normal late pregnancy group (P0. 05). The serum uric acid levels can be used as a biochemical marker for judging the fetal outcome. Conclusion:The abnormal changes of blood biochemistry indexes are significant in SPIH, and with these index, we can treat actively, so as to improve the fetal outcome.
