Correlation analysis between mycelial growth rate and mating type of Agrocybe salicacola based on SPSS statistics.

It was obtained that growth rate of a single spore and mating type had a correlation for Agrocybe salicacola by using SPSS statistical software.The results proved that single-spore growth rate,polarity and mating factor had a high correlation for the bacteria,especially the polarity,the growth of single-spore was very slow in one of polarity.There was the most relevant between single-spore growth rate and mating factor Ax for the mating factors,followed by Bx,By and Ay,which could explain that the mating factor subunit X was more related for single-spore growth rate and played a key role than subunit Y.
