Method for preparing potassium fluotitanate from titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid

2012
A method for preparing potassium fluotitanate from titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid comprises the process steps as follows: taking 30-100 g of titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid, placing the titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid in a plastic container, adding 3-14 g of potassium chloride or 2-15 g of potassium nitrate, and fully stirring, so that fluotitanic acid and potassium ions in the titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid react to generate potassium fluotitanate while a small quantity of potassium fluotitanate is separated out, so as to obtain a standby mixed liquor A; adding anhydrous ethyl alcohol in the mixed liquor A, so that the content of the anhydrous ethyl alcohol is at least 8% of the volume fraction of the total amount of the alloy chemical milling waste liquid, and placing the plastic container in water at 0-15 DEG C for 10-30 minutes, so as to obtain a standby mixed liquor B; and filtering the mixed liquor B, and drying filtered out matters at 80 DEG C to obtain the potassium fluotitanate. According to the method preparing the potassium fluotitanate by taking the titanium alloy chemical milling waste liquid as a raw material, not only the environment protection is facilitated and waste is reutilized, but also the process is simple, cost is reduced, and the purity of the product is high.
