Cleaning apparatus, cleaning method, the preliminary ejection apparatus, and the coating apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which ensures high cleaning performance for a predischarging device which uses no priming roller in predischarging operation, to provide a cleaning method, to provide the predischarging device, and to provide a coating device. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the device 100 which cleans a predischarge surface 81 of the predischarging device used for predischarging operation of a coating device. The device has squeezes 110a, 110b and 110c sliding on the predischarge surface coated with a liquid body and a cleaning liquid supply unit which supplies cleaning liquid to the surface on a side in the sliding direction of the squeegees 110a, 110b and 110c.
