Особенности оценки барьеров в контексте парадигмы регионального саморазвития

Authors justified the methodical approach to evaluation of the regional socio-economic development barriers. The proposed approach is based on the propositions of the regional self-development concept. The method has been tested on the regions of the Urals, Siberia and the Far East. The importance of innovation as mechanisms for reducing barriers is noted.
