Dynamic Changes of Serum Myoglobin and Its Clinical Significance in Burn Patients

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum myoglobin(Mb) and its clinical significance in burn patients.Methods The serum levels of Mb,CK,CRP,WBC and percentage of NET in 61 burn patients and 50 healthy controls were measured.The analyse-indexes of the vein blood collected from the burn patients were observedat 1,3 and 7 days after burned,and 9 cases with MODS.Results The serum levels of Mb,CK,CRP,WBC and percentage of NET in 61 burn patients were all distinctly different from healthy controls on the first day.The serum Mb,CK and WBC level of MODS group were obvious higher than that of non MODS group.Conclusion The serum Mb,CK and CRP can be regarded as valuable indexes in supervising burning patients state and may have significance in diagnosis and therapy of MODS.
