The present invention discloses a solid fill mining coal charge mass ratio design, utilizing coal mining space is filled with a solid material charged into the volume of space equal principle, design than the equivalent mass of the charge collected solid filler material and the design of coal density ratio, the density ρc of the coal samples was determined by the direct field, the density of the solid filler material in the compaction force acting ρt σt fitting and data obtained by laboratory tests, acquires the steps of: first calculating the density before compaction of the solid filler material p0; solid filler material is then compression test, e-σ curve drawn, the curve fitting the strain e- stress [sigma] as a function of the correlation coefficient by R2, and then the solid filler obtained according to the law of conservation of mass density of the material - the stress relations, and finally a density ρt restorations at σt pressure to obtain design mass ratio of the charge collection. The present invention quantitatively determines the amount of solid filler filling coal mining proportional to the amount, the result may be the entire face is filled fill rate designed to provide a theoretical basis.
