According to the technique and the device, by virtue of a water-curtain dust sealing emitting cylinder, dustproof water flowing through a magnetizing pipeline is ejected to form an annular or oval special-shaped water curtain which consists of fine-particle fog drops and is suitable for scene sizes, and dusty air is controlled within the range of the water curtain; the dusty air is sucked into a dust-filtering cylinder with multi-stage filter nets and a fine water mist action by virtue of a pneumatic negative-pressure dust suction device, dust of different granularities is subjected to multilevel processing, is separated from dusty airflow and is filtered and discharged through a sewage discharging hole, and then a purpose of efficient dust removal of the excavation working face is achieved. The whole device is conveniently mounted on a heading machine by a magnet bracket, can be used for rapidly and efficiently restraining dust dispersion in the excavation working face and purifying contaminated air, and is high in dust removal efficiency, simple in structure, easy to maintain and low in cost; meanwhile, the dust-filtering cylinder is made from flame-resistant antistatic engineering plastic, and the negative-pressure dust suction device adopts a compressed air power source, so that the water-curtain dust sealing and removing device is high in safety performance and is very suitable for popularization and application in the excavation working face.
