* A clinical case of cryptosporidiosis was defined as three or more loose stools in 24 hours, or four or more symptoms consistent with gastroenteritis (i.e., abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, fever, or body aches) in a person within 1-12 days after visiting the municipal park.
