The present invention utilizes a low-cost steel enterprises waste vanadium tailings as the main raw material and as a hair color, add a low-cost clay and slag powder granite stone industry, depending on the added amount can produce different hues of black ceramic plate, high product quality, low cost, low energy consumption.
