Method for separating and extracting fetal electrocardiogram by adopting multi-lead signal fusion mode

2011
The invention discloses a method for separating and extracting a fetal electrocardiogram by adopting a multi-lead signal fusion mode, which comprises the following steps of: (1) reading synchronously acquired one path of abdomen lead electrical signals of a pregnant woman and multiple paths of limb lead or chest lead electrical signals serving as reference signals; (2) forming a phase space based on the read abdomen lead signals and the reference signals, and sequentially connecting state points in the phase space according to a time sequence to form an evolution orbit with certain periodical property; (3) for each state point in the phase space, finding periodical association points closest to the state point on different orbits; (4) establishing a linear or nonlinear regression model between the abdomen lead signals and the reference signals in sample points by using the periodical association points of each state point as the sample points to realize regression estimation of maternal electrocardiograph components of the abdomen lead signals of the state point; and (5) subtracting the regression estimated maternal electrocardiograph components from the abdomen lead signals to obtain estimation of fetal electrocardiograph components in the abdomen lead signals.
