Structural, Magnetic and Electrical Properties of Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 Ferrite Synthesized By Sol-Gel Method

The Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 ferrite was prepared through precursor route and sintered at 1000oC. The sample was characterized to confirm the nature and spinel nature of the sample. The crystallite size and magnetization was measured showed normal characteristic in ferrites. The dc resistivity and permeability measured under temperature variation shows soft magnetic nature of the sample.
