The invention provides a ventilation air duct component and an air conditioner. The ventilation air duct component comprises an air duct shell, wherein the air duct shell is provided with multiple air ducts; the ventilation air duct component also comprises air duct baffles arranged in the air ducts; the air duct baffles are provided with first positions and second positions; the first positions are vertical to the inner walls of the air ducts or inclined relative to the inner walls of the air duct so as to seal the air ducts, and the second positions are parallel to or superposed with the inner walls of the air ducts so as to open the air ducts. According to the ventilation air duct component and the air conditioner, each air duct is provided with the corresponding air duct baffle, and the air duct baffles of the air ducts are independently controlled, so that the air ducts can be independently opened or sealed, air can be discharged from part of the air ducts or can be discharged from all the air ducts of the ventilation air duct component, so that various air outlet requirements are met.
