The Relationship of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C(VEGF-C) and Lymph Node Movement of Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) at I Stage

Objective To explore the relationship VEGF-C and lymph node movement of patients with NSCLC at Ⅰ stage.Methods 40 cases of patients with NSCLC at Ⅰ stage as observation group and 40 cases of healthy person as control group,were given detection of VEGF-C through ELISA.Results The VEGF-C in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and it raised significantly along with process of disease(P0.05).Conclusion Monitoring of VEGF-C used in patients with NSCLC,can provide guidance for process of disease,it deserved study further.
