Through the focusing concave mirror, the low-frequency ultrasonic generated by ultrasonic transducer focuses and biological effects generated in focal area was restricted to certain position, not only focus the ultrasonic beam (targeted), reduce the required energy by two energy level change of one factor and the use of combinative micro vesicle, thus reduce injury risk of brain tissue, but also provides us a non-invasive, targeted thrombolytic, blood-brain barrier (BBB) opening and gene transfection of nerve cells therapy device, especially as a barrier to the blood-brain transmission of drugs and macromolecular in the central nervous system, and an important mean to enter the brain tissue.
