A human antibody or fragment antigen binding of an antibody that specifically binds to factor human nerve growth factor (NGF) with a KD of 1 pM or less as measured by surface plasmon resonance, wherein the antibody or antibody fragment comprises (a) a complementarity determining region of heavy chain 3 (HCDR3) and a light chain CDR3 (LCDR3), wherein the HCDR3 and LCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 90 and 98, respectively, and (b ) one HCDR1, HCDR2, LCDR1 and LCDR2, wherein the HCDR1 is SEQ ID NO: 86, HCDR2 is SEQ ID NO: 88, LCDR1 is SEQ ID NO: 94 and LCDR2 is SEQ ID NO: 96.
