Фазові рівноваги в системі Ag2CdGeS4–AgCd2GaS4 при 820 К

За результатами РФА встановлено існування неперервного ряду твердих розчинів між сполуками Ag2CdGeS4 та AgCd2GaS4 при 820 К із ромбічною структурою, які є твердими розчинами гетеровалентного заміщення. According to the results of XRD, the existence of continuous solid solutions between the Ag 2CdGeS4 and AgCd2GaS4 compounds with the orthorhombic structure, which are the solid solutions of heterovalent substitution, were confirmed at 820 K.
