The invention discloses a graphite coating device for an outer sheath of a power cable. The graphite coating device comprises an I-shaped base bracket, wherein a box body is connected with the upper part of the I-shaped base bracket; a matched box cover is arranged on the box body; a graphite feeding hopper which penetrates into the box body is arranged at the left end on the box cover; an inverted L-shaped baffle is arranged in the box body at the lower end of the graphite feeding hopper; a group of symmetric hair brushes are arranged at the upper and lower right ends in the box body; four groups of adjustable hand-wheel sponge contracting brakes with the same number are arranged at the upper, lower, left and right parts of the box body at equal intervals. The graphite coating device has the advantages that the coating process is performed through five sponge contracting brakes in each group, so that the surface graphite coating is more uniform, and the appearance of the power cable is smoother and cleaner; through the protection by the sealed box body and the cleaning by the hair brushes, redundant graphite powder on the surface layer of the power cable can be scattered in the box body for convenient recycling, so that the graphite material consumption can be reduced by 8%; the environment of a production workshop is cleaner, so that an employee no longer worries about falling over on a slippery floor, and the health and safety of the employee are guaranteed.
