High Phonon-Limited Mobility in Mono- and Bilayer Molybdenum Ditelluride

We extract phonon-limited mobilities of excitons, electrons and holes from the lineshape of the temperature-dependent photoemission of mono- and bilayer molybdenum ditelluride. We find the highest values so far reported for transition metal dichalcogenides.
