When a rear half diamond moves backwards, a front half diamond moves forwards; when the rear half diamond moves forwards, the front half diamond moves backwards; soil outside four drill bits and inside the rear half diamond and the front half diamond is cut and mixed with water to form slurry when multiple first knife teeth and multiple second knife teeth on the rear half diamond and multiple first knife teeth and multiple second knife teeth on the front half diamond are in synchronous and relative motion, the slurry is discharged out of a jacking pipe by a slurry pump, a diamond section is formed by the pipe jacking equipment during advancing, and a long-distance diamond pipe jacking pipeline is formed in the process of section-by-section following of a pipeline with a diamond section. The diamond pipe jacking equipment is small in resistance during pipe jacking due to full-section excavation.
