Oxo-dihydro-imidazopyridine compound and Applications

The present invention provides a 2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-imidazopyridine-based compound represented by the general formula (I) in the preparation of therapeutic and Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Bruton's tyrosine kinase, BTK) involved in each medicament diseases species. Studies have shown that the compounds disclosed in the present invention effective to inhibit the activity of BTK, thereby preventing malignant hematological tumor cell survival by inhibiting BTK, proliferation and diffusion. Further, by suppressing BTK can fight inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Accordingly, the compounds of the present invention can be used in the treatment of various diseases of BTK involved, particularly useful in the treatment of hematologic malignancies as well as autoimmune and inflammatory diseases has great value.
