Spray drying method for water-soluble iron chelate of glycine

2006
A water-soluble ferrous glycinate spray drying method, which belongs to the technical field of amino acid chelate preparation. The present invention is good to have reached the required water-soluble iron glycinate add water to dissolve, then add maltodextrin, anti-caking agent and an antioxidant compound, under a certain pressure homogenization, and finally spray-dried in a spray tower dried to obtain oxidation resistance and humidity resistance are excellent products. After spray drying amino acid content of the product reached 31.30%, total iron content of 7.17%, iron content of 5.89%, almost no free iron, the product of oxidation resistance, moisture absorption and water-soluble better than glycine after vacuum drying chelated iron products. The method of the present invention has an industrial-scale production, simple operation, low cost, stable product quality, convenience and other advantages of energy saving.
