Fresh pupa of the silk worm was used, it was subjected to sacrifice ,oil extraction and dried up process, to compare the influence of oil warming with and without antioxidant; E Vitamin was added to a part of the oil, it was subjected to the same analysis and temperature changes that oil without antioxidant. Physic tests were evaluated: density and refraction index; and chemical tests were evaluated: peroxide index, acidity, conductivity and fatty acid profile, the last analysis was made just on two of temperature changes. The analysis proves that the oil composition doesn’t have a remarkable change, making this suitable to its utilization in temperature change process.
