The utility model relates to a paraxylene oxidation crystallization device, which comprises oxidation reaction equipment, crystallization equipment and filtering separation equipment which are connected sequentially. The oxidation reaction equipment adopts a fully mixed oxidation reactor. A feed inlet and a gas inlet of the oxidation reactor are respectively arranged on the side wall of a shell of the oxidation reactor. The gas inlet is positioned below the feed inlet. A discharge port of the oxidation reactor is positioned below the feed inlet, maintains a certain distance with the feed inlet in the vertical direction and commonly can be arranged on the bottom of the shell of the oxidation reactor. A gas flow distribution device connected with the gas inlet is arranged in the shell. The gas flow distribution device is provided with a plurality of gas outlets. The gas outlets are positioned below the feed inlet. The paraxylene oxidation crystallization device avoids short circuit phenomenon of feeding and discharging of materials in the oxidation reaction, improves oxidation crystallization effect on paraxylene and also recycles energy generated by crystallization and temperature reduction so as to not only save equipment cost and occupied area, but also realize effective recycling of energy.
