Pohled absolventů na bakalářské studium a jejich uplatnění

This thesis contents two parts- a theoretical part and an investigative part. In the theoretical part I focus on history of education of nursing and also on status and competences of nurses. In the investigative part I summarize answers (to my questions from my questionary) of nurses with university education. Finally I critize their marked possibilities which I use to confirm or refutate my hypothesis.
