Abstract Resin-bound cyclobutanone iminium salts, prepared on the solid-phase using the [2+2]-keteneiminium olefin cycloaddition reaction, have been transformed into a number of distinct structural classes including γ-lactams, γ-lactones, cyclobutylamines and cyclobutanols.
