The invention relates to a preparation method of an amino polyether-type silanization reagent. The amino polyether-type silanization reagent has the following general formula: ROSiMe2(CH2)3OCHOHCH2NH(CH2CH2O)2[CH(CH3)CH2O]n(CH2)2NH2, wherein the R represents -Me or -Et; n represents an integer of 2 to 8. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) performing an alcoholysis reaction on dimethyl hydrogen chlorosilane and a methyl alcohol or an ethyl alcohol so as to obtain a dimethyl alkoxy silane; 2) performing a hydrosilylation reaction on the dimethyl alkoxy silane and an allyl glycidyl ether so as to generate a dimethyl epoxy alkoxy silane; and 3) performing a condensation reaction on the dimethyl epoxy alkoxy silane and a polyether amine so as to obtain a final amino polyether-type silanization reagent. The method provided by the invention is available in raw material; an amino polyether silane coupling agent, which is taken as a final product obtained by the fine distillation of a coarse product, is high in yield and high in product purity. In addition, the method is simple in operation process. Thus, the method is easy to industrialize.
