Визуализация процесса возбуждения в пейсмекере венозного синуса сердца лягушки

In 112 supervision the isolated venous sinuses of frogs' hearts were placed in an electromagnetic field (20 000 V, 1024 Hz). Luminescence of zone of pacemaker in phase of depolarization and luminescence attenuation in phase of repolarization were observed, i.e. dynamics of process of excitation registered by a television camera (1000 pictures / second) was visually observed. Results of supervision show that pacemaker is located not on a surface but in the tissue depth. In 60% of supervision plurality of the centers of initiation of excitement in pacemaker was noted. The color scale of a luminescence at gas-discharge visualization (GDV) allowed to estimate dynamics of process of excitation in pacemaker and a direction of its distribution. Possibility of tomographic registration of process of excitation is noted at GDV.
